Chautauqua-Cattaraugus Board of REALTORS® shall provide its members with the highest level of education and information services in order to enhance professionalism among members as well as promote home ownership and help protect property rights.
The Jamestown Board of Realtors was established in 1921, and has undergone many changes during its life. In the fall of 1993, it expanded its jurisdiction to include the entire county, in effect, merging with the Northern Chautauqua County Board, which was established in 1958. From these two entities, the Chautauqua County Board of REALTORS®, Inc. was formed. January 1st of 2015, the merger of Chautauqua County Board of REALTORS® and Cattaraugus County Association of REALTORS®, Inc. took place. The Chautauqua-Cattaraugus Board of REALTORS®, Inc. is an organization that provides resources and membership services for REALTORS® in and around the area.
Chautauqua-Cattaraugus Board of REALTORS® and CCBR Multiple Listing Service is the Administrative Office for those Real Estate Broker Offices that hold the membership with CCBR local Board, New York State Association and the National Association of REALTORS®.
